The RASAL material from NOVACOLOR is a key part of the Wall2Floor system. This is a unique plaster based on the "microcement technology, which is used as a base layer to create uniform, seamless coatings for W2F floors. RASAL is also ideal for creating decorative concrete effects on various surfaces, providing an even smooth finish.
RASAL plaster is supplied dry in 25 kg bags and requires mixing with water before use. It is important to use the prepared mixture within 1-1.5 hours. Otherwise, the material will harden and become unsuitable for further use.
Despite the dry delivery form, RASAL can be flowered according to the Marmorino KS or Marmur Fine catalogues. Please note that the colour may have slight deviations from the sample.
As a base layer in the WALL2FLOOR system, RASAL requires application in two layers to the finished surface, between which a reinforcing mesh must be placed.
As a Wall2Floor floor covering, RASAL micro cement plaster can be used not only together with Wall2Floor Top Coat but also as a stand-alone material, requiring only a final finish with Wall2Floor Clear Finish two-component polyurethane.
The combination of W2F RASAL and W2F Clear Finish is an excellent alternative to bathroom tiles, including showers. Specialized Wall2 Floor Primer may be required to ensure complete moisture resistance.
RASAL is often used to create seamless decoration for stairs, reception areas and work surfaces. Especially for kitchen surfaces, NOVACOLOR has developed a special protective material that protects W2F RASAL or W2F Top Coat plaster even from hot grease.
