Skermo MF

Skermo MF is a one-component water-based aliphatic urethane protective varnish to protect metallic decors on vertical surfaces in the interior. The protective material Skermo MF practically does not turn yellow over time and practically does not change the decorative finishing effect, it is ideal for protecting vertical surfaces in interiors decorated with Afrika, Dune, Swahili, Zeus paints, as well as Metallo_Fuso "liquid metals."

Skermo MF protective material is excellent for residential and commercial applications where additional protection of decorated surfaces from scratches, excessive wear, and accidental contamination is required. Still, to select the optimal varnish dilution and the best performance properties of the treated surfaces, we strongly recommend that you pre-test on a sample or a small area of the hidden character.

Skermo MF - has a transparent base, cannot be tinted, and is suitable only for interior use.

Breeding:

The correct dilution of Skermo MF depends on the absorbency of the surface and the tools used to apply the protective layer. Usually, the first and second coats can be thinned 5-10% with water, but if the surface is highly absorbent, the first coat can be thinned up to 30% with water.

Based on our experience, a mohair roller is the best tool for applying for Skermo MF protection.

Consumption:

The consumption of Skermo MF protective material strongly depends on what decor it is applied to, but on slightly absorbent surfaces, the consumption is 12-15 m2/l.
